PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI – University of Haiti School of Dentistry student and US Navy Hospitalman John-Alcoser, dental technician observe Captain Dominik Rudecki during a dental procedure on a Haitian woman.

Rudecki is one of two dentists the Canadian Forces Health Services group has in Haiti during Exercise Continuing Promise 09 a U.S. Navy-led humanitarian and civil assistance mission to underserved areas of the Caribbean and Latin America.
