USNS COMFORT (AT SEA) – Canadian Corporal Michelle Fitzgerald and US Navy Hospital Apprentice David Ogram work on medical equipment in the Intensive Care Unit on board USNS Comfort during workups for Exercise Continuing Promise 09.

Cpl Fitzgerald is a Medical Technician with Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS). She is one of fifteen members of CFHS currently on board USNS Comfort.

Continuing Promise 09 is a U.S. Navy-led humanitarian and civil assistance mission to underserved areas of the Caribbean and Latin America.
